Getting Started

With proper care, this hair system typically lasts 4–6 months before a replacement is needed, depending on wear frequency and how well the aftercare routine is followed.
When removing and reapplying, clean the base using the glue remover and an alcohol wipe once dry to remove bacteria, avoid heavy oil-based products near the adhesive area, and store on a dome when not worn. We'll walk you through a full aftercare routine at your fitting.
Your hair system arrives ready to fit, along with our recommended starter aftercare items. Installation, cutting and styling are completed in-studio at your first appointment (appointment cost not included).
Yes. This is one of our most popular systems for first-time wearers thanks to its natural hairline and comfortable base. Every client starts with a private consultation so we can confirm it's the right match before you commit.

Maintenance and Care

We take great care to ensure a perfect fit during your consultation and fitting appointment. If any adjustments are needed after your initial fitting, we offer complimentary adjustments within the first two weeks. Our team will work with you to make sure your hair system feels comfortable and secure.
We recommend using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners specifically designed for hair systems. Avoid products containing alcohol, as they can dry out the hair and weaken the adhesive bond. We will provide you with a complete list of recommended products during your initial fitting, and these products are available for purchase at our studio.
With proper care and regular maintenance, a high-quality hair system typically lasts between six and twelve months. The lifespan depends on several factors including the type of base material, how often you wear it, your lifestyle, and how well you follow the care instructions. We will help you understand what to expect based on your specific system and usage patterns.
Yes, you can use heat styling tools such as blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons on your hair system, but we recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 170 degrees Celsius. Excessive heat can damage the hair fibers over time, so it is best to use heat styling sparingly and allow your hair to air dry when possible.

Pricing and Process

The cost of a custom hair system varies depending on the size, hair type, base material, and level of customization required. Monthly maintenance visits are usually between $150-$180 depending on work required. During your consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote based on your specific needs and preferences.
After your consultation and template creation, it typically takes around 2-4 weeks to manufacture your custom hair system. This timeframe allows our skilled technicians to hand-tie each hair strand and create a base that perfectly matches your scalp contours. We will keep you updated throughout the process and schedule your fitting appointment as soon as your system arrives.
Unfortunately, not at the moment, but this is something we are working on. We understand that a custom hair system is an investment in your confidence and appearance. We're currently developing a flexible payment option that would allow a 50% deposit after your consultation, with the remaining balance split into two 25% payments (please note an interest charge would apply to this option). This is not currently available but will be in the coming months.
Your initial fitting appointment is when we apply your new hair system for the first time. We will prepare your scalp, carefully position the system to ensure a perfect fit, secure it with medical-grade adhesive, and then cut and style the hair to blend seamlessly with your natural hairline. The entire process takes approximately two to three hours, and you will leave our studio with a completely natural-looking head of hair.
